🌊 Dazzling Driftwood Return & Repair Policy
We want every piece from Dazzling Driftwood to bring you joy and sparkle for years to come! Please review our simple policy below to ensure you get the most from your Dazzle.
🕐 Upon Delivery
Please open and inspect your Dazzle within five (5) business days of receiving it.
If any crystals arrive damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged crystal and your order number. We will ship a replacement crystal the next business day, free of charge.
💎 Not Fully Dazzled?
If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your Dazzle, simply rewrap it carefully and ship it back to us within 14 days of delivery.
You may choose either:
- An exchange for another Dazzle of equal value, or
- A full refund (minus return shipping, if applicable).
🔮 Long-Term Repairs
We believe your Dazzle should shine for years to come!
If, over time, one of your crystals becomes damaged, we’ll gladly send you a replacement crystal for a fraction of the original price, plus standard shipping.
